handling the TQM activities within Yanpet including the ISO 9001 : 2008 QMS, EMS 14001 : 2004, RC14001 : 2008, GMP standards, part of OHSAS development and implementation team, Climate & satisfaction surveys, Technical Customer Services, Suggestion System, Quality Incidents Reports, Company overall strategic planning including the Vision, Mission, Goals, SWOT, SMART Objectives and monitoring the KPIs along with ensuring the continual improvement in all aspects of the business . Employees competency and training, company documentations and policies, quality awareness programs, Quality Awards participation and preparations, etc
Facilitates the planning, and implementation of the ISO 9001:2000 system and ensures that the Company’s Standards continue to be suitable, effective and meet the requirements of Available Standards and of Hadeed’s stated Quality Policy and objectives.Develops and coordinates the implementation of TQM Tools throughout Hadeed in order to continually improve quality, productivity, health, environments, cost reduction, customer satisfaction and Hadeed’s business processes. Ability to lead and coordinate the auditing activities. Develops and conducts ISO & Quality awareness sessions such As Balanced Scorecard, Business Process mapping, QMS, internal ISO Audits, and Reengineering to ensure that Quality fundamentals, objectives and principles have been understood throughout the company
1999-2004 B.Sc. degree in Systems Engineering major in ( Industrial Engineering / Operations Research ) from King Fahd University of Petroleum & minerals KFUP
