I was looking after Train 1, 2 &3 related Electrical system maintenance & its spare Inventory requirement. It comprises ADMA -OPCO 3 Nos.Gas Turbine of 18.5 Mw each dual fuel Gas/Diesel oil fired & 2 Nos. Gas Turbine17.5 Gas & 24 Mw Gas/Oil fired. The 33/11/3.3/0.415 Kv substation comprises the 25 Mva, 33/11 KV Transformer, 33&11Kv \[SF6\]CB, 3.3 Kv Vacuum CB, & 415 v Air CB. Battery charger /UPS, Motors etc.

Key Deliverables:-
 Identifies immediate and future maintenance & spares requirements, during overhaul and replacement of equipment, resulting from down days, Shutdowns, routine daily discussions with operation & area maintenance team leader.
 Equipment /switchgear /Motors condition monitoring based on RCM by Thermography, Vibration check, Oil sample checks, Visual inspection, IR-polarization index testing….etc.
 Co-ordination & implementation of various modification schemes/ job.
 Ensure &Inspect the Maintenance & modification work carried out by contractor as per agreed standard & procedure.
 Based on RCM Maintenance practice maximize availability of Plant Equipment i.e. EHV, high voltage & low voltage switchgear, Transformers, motor control centers etc.
 Plan & monitor effectively preventive/predictive/corrective maintenance to enhance equipment availability & life.
 Identifying & rectifying problem areas to ensure uninterrupted operation.
 Effective planning of spares procurement to ensure ready availability.
 Initiating procurement of supplies & ensuring the availability of economical stock level for critical & running electrical spare through the on line SAP system.
 Review &recommend the SPIRs \[Spare part Interchangeability Report\] & consumable spare part list for plant future Maintainability.
 Review & recommend optimal stock level based on last 3 to 5 years consumption pattern to control the expense on unnecessary inventory.
 Witness the modification & commissioning testing for various plant new equipment installation.
 Participate in FAT/SAT for electrical equipment & provide technical input at the project offer stage.
Achievements :-
 I have been awarded two times by Vice President for completion of critical maintenance task for spare parts & its implementation for Asset Mang. & Integrity project.
 Also Annual Innovation award was given by company CEO for our Teamwork.

Current responsibilities:
Presently working for well known SABIC company in Saudi Arabia. Currently responsible for Maintenance of plant & Project Management \[ Detailed Engineering and erection / commissioning ..etc\]of electrical equipment in the plant. Equipments include 230 Kv GIS &Transformer up to 460V having different type of switchgear, protection, metering panels..etc.34.5 kV Switchgear, 4.16 kV vacuum breakers, Variable Speed Drives, HV/LV motors and downstream LV distribution network. ..ETC.
LIST OF DUTIES:-
 .All plant equipment schedule & breakdown maintenance.
Prepare Maintenance schedule & log book.
Prepare & control Spare part items inventory.
Execution of the project with BE & DE engineering up to commissioning of plant.
 .Maintain the project work in line with contract agreement.
 .Co-ordinate with various departments for project related work.
 .Suggest solution for betterment of project work in the interest of company.
 ..Prepare project progress report.
 .Keep co-ordination with all concern departments & with contractor.
 .Maintain quality of work as per the contract agreement..

Here by I worked since 1st May 1995 about 10 yrs.in the Electrical Maint. Department. I was involved right from construction stage to the final Testing & commissioning of the plant.This power plant Comprising of 160 MW * 8 Nos. (GT13E2 m/c) =1280 MW with 30 MIGD water per day Capacity. During my tenure with QEWC I was looking after all site testing commissioning, planning and maintenance activity of G.T.13E2 machine, Battery Charger, UPS various control system and Protection relays\[O/C, E/F, O/V, U/V, Diff., Motor Prot.Dist. Prot., i.e. REL561, REL521, REB551..SPAJ & SPAU ..series ABB made Numeric relay, …ect.\], D.G.Sets, Automatic Voltage Regulator, Static Frequency Converter, CO2 Fire Alarm and Detection System, CH4 and H2S Detection System, 220kV Gas Insulated Sub-Station, Transformer, 132kV Switchyard, C.B., Motors, CT/PT, ..etc. in the plant.

Testing Commi. Plan. & Maint. Of 180 MW Combine Cycle Power Plant with 220 kV System Switchyard having Transformer, CB, Lightning Arrestor, Isolators, Motors, Control Panels, CT/PT, Relays...etc

Co-ordination with consultant & client, preparing drawing, Bill of material..etc. Also testing commissioning.planning & maint. Of Transformer, C.B., Motors,
Control Panels, Fire Alarm & Detection System, CO2 System, Hydrant/Sprinkler System.

Supervision & Maintenance of outdoor distribution Sub-Station Equipment like Transformer, C.B., Motors, Control Panels, Relays Cables..etc. Also testing & commissioning of Street lights.
