Key Accountabilities:
∇ Prepare annual budget and business plan.
∇ Set individual goals and monitor daily sales targets.
∇ Advice, study and recommend delivery expansions, timings and other important factors to cover guest needs and increase store sales
∇ Provide Sales reports & analysis on timely basis and justify the variances in accordance to the target. & last Year with clear action.
∇ Respond and resolve customer complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
∇ Achieve company targets for all types of Audits and sales.
∇ Manage and control maintenance records balancing usage Vs. costs.
∇ Lead the continuous improvement of the HD to achieve the highest standards of service and quality.
∇ Maintain a customer database, and actively manage that database ensuring repeat purchase and satisfaction of guests.
∇ Follow-up on the daily needs of the restaurants ensuring needed enhancements are applied to maintain effective operations to provide high level of customer service.
∇ Assist the F&B Operation Manager in following up new F&B developments and coordinate with local departments to improve financial performance.
∇ Provide operational assistance to relevant departments and to new opening stores, visibility study for new stores, while ensuring scheduled opening dates are met and operating standards are maintained.
∇ Provide overall coordination and on-going evaluation of the F&B Operations function in order to identify opportunities for enhancement.
∇ Assist in developing, implementing and enhancing all processes/procedures related to F&B operations for continuously improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the department.
∇ Help in achieving financial and operational objectives by anticipating requirements, submitting information for premises' budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, managing quality and monitoring cost control.
∇ Direct the collection of data and preparation of consolidated reports related to the division while ensuring the provision of reliable inventory, cost control and financial data to support F&B Management’s decision making.
∇ Assists in training, motivating and evaluating the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
∇ Ensuring presentation and compliance in stores are up to company and Brand standards.
∇ Overall responsibility for marketing, media exposure and press releases in my designated Store
∇ Looking for new opportunities of development; business enhancement and report to the management accordingly.
∇ Implement quality management systems and all systems that assure compliance with local health regulations including HACCP.
∇ Evaluate & ensure that all food & beverage presentation & local initiatives, preferences & sourcing comply with brand position & product style (to a certain degree)
∇ Constantly in touch with all the latest trends in the F & B industry and acquire all necessary skills necessary as the company keeps growing.
