• Working under Huawei vendor and Etisalat and Vodavone operator
• Handle and manage 5 projects(Vodafone-Siea-RTN Vodavone-etisalate-DSLAM )in the Bani Suief office with all requirments and three of them leads them in Bani suief, Minea and Fayoum.
• Deal with 2 operators in the same time with different requirments with fast response and best efficiant in the same time
• Lead about 10 engineers, 12 technicians and 6 drivers to finish our plans and tasks in the five projects in the same time.
• Put plans to every orders and requirement from the two operetaors and Hwauie and doing our best with all my support for my team to finish it on time.
• Responsible for all the adminstartion works in my office(finincial, reports, time tables for tech and engineers, attendance, planning, human resources, store controls …………..)
• Prepare technical documents and E-mails to the project manager about everything in my remote office
• Schedule, Supervise maintenance activities of the sites, Manage tools, test equipment, spare units within the cluster
• Troubleshooting diffent type of alarms and problems received and use the specific spare if needed.
• Working with PDH and SDH links (RTN 620, RTN 950, NEC V4, NEC Neu)
• Experience in working with Hwauie BSC, OSN, NE40
• Experience in working with Hwauie equapments 2G(3012, 3900) and 3G equipments too
• Resposible also on all the site enviromental equipments like the airconditions , electrical component ( cables and batteries) and the safty system to work very well.
• Work under high pressure and heavy work 24 hours 7 days.

• Lead all the team (engineers, technicians and drivers) in my remote office to do their duties in shortest time and best efficiency.
• Prepare technical documents and E-mails to the project manager about evrything in my remote office .
• Do all the adminstration tool for the office from human resources, finincial and the store control and put all the time sheets for all the technicians and the drivers.
• Experience in analyzing diffent type of alarms and problems received and use the specific spare if needed.
• Resposible also on all the site enviromental equipments like the airconditions , electrical component ( cables and batteries) and the safty system to work very well.
• Work under high pressure and heavy work with shifts all day.
• Carry out the maintenance and repair of all GSM (3G, 2G) equipments exist in te site (BTS, Rectifier, Link) for about 100 sites in my remote office Bani Suif zone
• Good experience how to deal, replace and install of different link types (Alcatel, Nec) and its component (outdoor and indoor) .
• Inatall and replace internal component of BTS like SUMA Card, Compiner etc .

Experience in repairing digital and analog Xerox machine, analyzing the problem of the machine, repairing the hardware and the software problem of the computer, administrating a network and have a Good knowledge about sun machine
