• Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations.
• Oversees all aspects of proposal preparation, ensuring quality, compelling bids are submitted in a timely manner, review all customer requirements to ensure that they are met in the proposal and collaborate with a wide variety of involved parties to include all necessary information within the proposals.
• Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.
• Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements.
• Contribution in cost and price calculations.
• Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers.
• Negotiate with potential and current clients on behalf of company in order to secure deals and implement pricing agreements.

• Responsible for tendering and contracts processes.
• Planning, organizing, managing and continuously improving the commercialization process for the division.
• Providing input into the commercial strategy for the division.
• Organizing workload of proposals team including assistance from supporting departments and within agreed timeframes and budget.
• Ensuring accurate and economic costing of tenders and assessment of risk including competition/market trends.
• Actively participating in compiling tenders when necessary including analyzing the appropriate technical methodology to execute the project, preparing costing (Direct and Indirect Cost) & pricing spreadsheets, and the preparation of the submitting documents.
• Negotiating terms and conditions of tenders with customers and suppliers to achieve the best commercial position with minimum exposure to risk.
• Checking the accuracy and presentation of tenders before submission to the Clients.
• Receiving functional guidance and advice from the Commercial Director.
• Studying different types of projects through doing an entire quantity survey for the projects civil works.
• Estimating the required time for the completion of each activity.
• Estimating the required crew and equipment for each activity.
• Prepare Cost Estimates For Various Aspects of Works to be Consolidated Into Overall Cost Estimate.
• Preparing all the comparative statements required to facilitate the selection of material, equipment, or subcontractors.
• Preparing materials request for quotation and following up with the suppliers, insuring the full compliance with the project specifications.
• Understanding of Various Contract Types, Preparing of the method statements for the projects technical presentation, showing the project scope and the construction plan.
• Detailed quantity surveying take-offs from drawings.
• Analyzing change orders and variations and participating with the Commercial Manager in the budgeting process by providing technical input and resource estimates.
• Review Cost Plans and Preliminary Cost Estimates.
• Review Tender / Contract documentation.
• Preparing miscellaneous Cost Claims.
• Reviewing of subcontractors’ interim monthly payment invoices.
• Preparing Material Control sheet for all trades.
• Develop Work Breakdown Structure For Projects.
• Develop Quantity Take-offs and Solicit Offers From Subcontractors & Suppliers as Necessary.
• Prepare Cost Estimates For Various Aspects of Works to be Consolidated Into Overall Cost Estimate.
• Understanding of Various Contract Types, Methods Of Measurement and Specifications.
