Provide expertise for Storage & Backup infrastructure throughout the lifecycle of a deal by contractually established terms and conditions and established technical standards.
Technical Experience:
• Manage & implement various storage systems such as EMC, netApp, HP & Huawei.
• Manage & implement EMC Avamar, Data Domain & VEEAM.
• Manage & support CISCO and Brocade SAN Switch.
• Maintain storage & backup management tools, maintain firmware.
• Perform Daily Storage & Backup HealthCheck.
• Generate performance report to address any performance issues.
• Configure and maintain Storage level replication across the sites.
• Responsible for incident reporting and change management processes.
•Supporting Mobily IT infrastructure Enterprise Storage Solutions.

Technical Experience:
•Manage & implement IBM, EMC, NETAPP High-end & mid-range storage.
•Storage capacity planning & performance monitoring.
•Support all critical issues of EMC & IBM Storage.
•Configure & support SRDF replication and cloning.
•Monitor storage health, performance & IOPS.
•Install IBM & EMC Storage with best practice from Scratch.
•Work closely with clients to analyze IT system requirements, client’s information
technology needs and their resources in order to plan IT projects and fulfill client’s expectations.
•Solve client’s IT issues - Determined changes, recommended quality software, projected modifications of software, hardware and networking.
•Manage a team to install, configure network & security systems such as KEMP, SOHOS.
•Steering end to end technical support operations for implementation & administration of storage solutions.
•Repair and upgrade installed EMC systems; configure new EMC systems and resolve technical issues.
•Apply consulting methods to design and implement EMC solutions for clients.
•Implementing best practices design and applying it at customer sites.
•Storage based migration (Block & Unified).
• Setup, operate and coordinate Data Center Facilities Operations.
• Be focal point of Data Center Facilities and Physical Security audit and compliance.
• Interface to other teams (e.g. Network, Security, Power) to complete change requests.
• Act in behalf of DC Site manager to approve/deny access lists and elevate to management issues related to DC access.
