Technical Experience:
• Manage & implement various storage systems such as EMC, netApp, HP & Huawei.
• Manage & implement EMC Avamar, Data Domain & VEEAM.
• Manage & support CISCO and Brocade SAN Switch.
• Maintain storage & backup management tools, maintain firmware.
• Perform Daily Storage & Backup HealthCheck.

•Support all critical issues of EMC & IBM Storage.
•Configure & support SRDF replication and cloning.
•Monitor storage health, performance & IOPS.
•Install IBM & EMC Storage with best practice from Scratch.
•Work closely with clients to analyze IT system requirements, client’s information
technology needs and their resources in order to plan IT projects and fulfill client’s expectations.
•Solve client’s IT issues - Determined changes, recommended quality software, projected modifications of software, hardware and networking.
•Manage a team to install, configure network & security systems such as KEMP, SOHOS.
