Assist in preparing MCF-monthly financial package on monthly basis.
Prepare daily reports required by management.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of finance reports to CFO Preparing Monthly Statistical Report for MCF-Financing Portfolio.
Control Fixed Assets Sheet and Register Depreciation Expenses Entries on Monthly Basis.
Coordinate monthly closing process and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, and entering transactions.
Prepare and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analysing information.
Prepare entries and documentation of vouchers and the required approvals.
Prepare banks reconciliations on daily basis and trace all related entries.
Monitoring and preparing all entries that related to petty cash.
Prepare Accounting entries relating to ATM fees.
