- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing phones and emails, scheduling appointments and planning meetings,
- Screening email communication, responding to emails as appropriate
- Overseeing and delegating tasks to the admin team
- Supporting bookkeeping, cash and budget transactions along with other activities as needed
- Proofreading and editing drafts of reports, emails, and other work for the executive team
- Maintaining organized and accurate records, updating databases, calendars, reports and other files
- Assisting with special projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Dealing with telephone and email inquiries, creating and maintaining the filing systems, keeping diaries and taking appointments for the staff.
Typing and preparing internal and external letters.
Translating documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.
Preparing all documents needed for company licenses renewal, employees’ work permit and residencies renewal
Ordering and maintaining stationery, office and equipment suppliers.
Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
Filling for business documents, correspondences, employee’s documents and all other filing system and organization.
Postal receiving, segregation and follow up for Chairman.
Flights and Hotel reservation
Meeting arrangements, talking points of meeting and notes.
