Partner with executives and managers to successfully recruit for a variety of positions with specific international requirements. Provide talent acquisition and full life-cycle recruiting support for client staffing requirements. Provide recruiting support to campus recruiting events.
Maintain responsibility for sourcing, qualifying, and prescreening candidates and coordination of interviews. Develop and implement strategies for all searches. Provide general human capital and staffing metrics to management, functional skill based briefings to market teams and clients. Build out client contract needs and upcoming proposal requirements into staffing strategy plan. Administer requisition and candidate tracking using Taleo, the applicant tracking technology system. Manage all job postings through various internet resources, corporate website, job boards, online communities and niche sites.
In charge of all Middle East TOTAL projects (Yemen, Saudi, UAE, Kurdistan, Kuwait) and OFON2 Project Nigeria
Responsible for the complete project life cycle of catering to the client’s requirements starting from understanding the needs (contractual and commercial); sourcing & screening through sourcing specialists, scheduling / conducting interviews, candidate finalization and mobilization date confirmation followed by handing over to contracts and logistics section.
Conduct regular client visits; ensure high quality services are extended to the clients.
Play a vital role in ensuring that the day-to-day operations related to meeting the clients requirements run smoothly.
Responsible for ensuring effective client service methods are put into place so that the maximum output is achieved.
Responsible to adhere to the set KPIs for responding to client’s requirements

Work closely with an assigned Recruitment Assistant based in Dubai and recruit candidates for worldwide based clients
» Negotiating both the client contract and the engineer’s contract; follow up and administrate the contracts during their active period; follow up the required steps in order to bring to and end the contracts.
» Complies with MPH’s Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures in all areas impacting the business, including, HSE, operational, commercial, financial, administrative and HR practices. » Demonstrates zero tolerance to divergence. Highlights and requests correction, where necessary.
» Liaising and visiting clients for different projects based onshore and offshore in the Middle East, Africa, Europe and Far East
» Sourcing CVS of oil and gas specialists throughout the oil and gas process from Front End Engineering Design (FEED) to shut-down-phases (Database, oil and gas websites, network…)
» Supervising the logistics of mobilization/demobilization of the contracted personnel on site
» Negotiating the contractual conditions (with candidates and clients) according to the countries’ legislation and project rates
» Involved in the personnel recruitment for: Total Nigeria, Total Indonesia, Total Angola, Total France, Total Congo, Total Brunei, Total Russia - USAN, OFON2, PAZ FLOR, CLOV.
