• Responsible to ensure that the highest standards of Grooming are maintained in the Cabin Services Department.
• Provide training sessions to the Cabin Crew and Cabin Services Staff whilst monitoring the Grooming Policies and Procedures thus enabling the staff to portray the image of 5 Star Airline. Training sessions include; detailed training on skin care, personal hygiene, practical sessions on appropriate makeup application for different facial features and knowledge on proper hair-care.
• Perform regular grooming checks and provide corrective feedback in a constructive manner to ensure staff appearance is in accordance with company image and policies.
• Analyzing the specific needs of clients (including bridal clientele) and provided consultations and applications.
• Applied makeup to models for fashion shows and commercial photoshoots.
• Managed brand’s Social Media Accounts and promotional campaigns.
• Generate Revenue by conducting Brand’s Makeup Workshops/Masterclasses and recommending appropriate products to the clients.
• Train all the new joiners on makeup application techniques and product knowledge.
• Managed product launch events and brand’s promotional events.
• Managed bloggers and celebrity makeup artists for the events.
• Created sales initiatives via on line and social media.
• Managed sales assistance, checked daily sales reports for all the branches and ensured that the cash registers are closed in a timely manner.

• Managing Audit confirmation for corporate customers.
• Responsible for Complaint management and • Liaison between senior management, employees and clients to ensure proper lines of communication critical in addressing a myriad of problems and issues requiring immediate attention and resolve.

• Principal Accountabilities included: Imports Documentary Credits Issuance, Amendment of Import Documentary Credits and ensure accurate and timely actions of SWIFT messages with local and international banks worldwide regarding queries pertaining to documentary credits processing.
