Responsible for the new implementations, administration & management of Bank’s Core Network infrastructure & Branch Networks.
Provides technical support in all Network Domains: R&S, DC, Wireless, Load balancer & Voice.
Liaising with Vendors for technical proposals analysis, designing & implementation of Core Network projects including ACI Multisite, CISCO ISE 2.4 Upgrade etc
Participating in technical discussions with stakeholders and understanding the requirements for upcoming projects and revamping of existing applications.
Manage and perform the business systems analysis work associated with change requests, projects, assessments and escalated issues
Develops, Researches and Maintains proficiency in tools, tools, techniques, countermeasures and trends in computer and network vulnerabilities.
Performs configuration management and conducts all Network devices & appliances upgrades.
Implementing Infrastructure change requests, service requests & resolving incidents within the SLA.
Designing and providing the solution based on feasibility with current infrastructure availability and suggesting with upgrade or procure of Network devices based on requirements.
Engaging with different vendors for fixing issues on the systems in case of any.
Providing specialized support by gathering information & identifying issues through extensive examining, handling, and searching & data retrievals.
1. Providing daily operational support and system administration for network infrastructure.
2. Configuring & Implementing LAN, WAN, Wireless, Voice Gateways & IP Phones
3. Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving network problems (Wired, Wireless & Voice).
4. Performing implementation and maintenance tasks on the LAN and WAN.
5. Data: Manage and operate Cisco Routers & switches
(Core, Aggregation, Distribution and Access layer switches: 65xx, 45xx, 38XX, 37xx, 35XX and Nexus 7K, 5K & 2K. WAN, Branch & GPRS Routers: ASR 1XXX, 4XXX, 29XX, 28XX, 19XX & 18XX).
6. Voice: Configuring, Administrating and Maintaining of VOIP systems including Voice Gateways, Call Manager & IP Phones. CUCM (9.1.2), VG: 4XXX, 29XX & 28XX, IP Phones: 79XX, 88XX, 69XX & 99XX
7. Wireless: Administration of the wireless access points, Wireless LAN controller, Cisco Primer Infrastructure & Wireless Control systems. (WLC 55XX, AIR-CAP35XX)
8. Security: Establishing and enforcing policies (access rules), defining and monitoring access.
9. ISE: Configuring, Administrating & implementing Cisco ISE on access layer switches and managing ISE network nodes & end points.
10. Involved in developing Networking standards, procedures and documentation.
11. Participating in 24x7 on-call rotations.
12. Increasing the network performance by monitoring; troubleshooting network outages, conducting regular upgrades.
13. Resolve and update Service Requests, Change Requests and user-reported problems in a timely and professional manner minimizing any impact on business operations.

15. Coordinate with Service Providers for immediate restoration of leased lines/MPLS Links.

1. Provided L2 Support for management of network in Allstate ODC in Infosys, Mysore.
2. Designs, administrates, and supports networks, infrastructure (e.g. LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Call Manager, IP Phones etc.).
