Review and evaluate spare parts stocking levels for all operational mechanical
equipment to ensure all necessary spare parts are stocked in the warehouse at the
appropriate minimum and maximum levels.
Managed a team of Field Service Engineers/technicians (Fire & Gas detection system
/Breathing air compressors and cascade system/SCBA/Safety equipment's) and back
office service coordination.
Responsible for leading, training, coaching, and mentoring staff ensuring a high level
of morale and effectiveness.

• Safety Induction course to every new arrival on site. Weekly training to personnel about donning and doffing of BA sets, Properties and characters of H2S, using of air loop system.
• Working with all type of GAS DETECTORS which is used in Oil & Gas field.
• Working on DOCKING STATION, Calibration, Bump test, Clearing peak & maintaining the data through server.
• Familiarize and remain cognizant of all drilling activities, which could produce an H2S release.
• Check H2S Detection System for proper operation and perform H2S calibration checks once every 24-hour period and every 12 hours once H2S has been detected. Recalibrate sensors, as required, and record that sensor checks and calibrations were conducted in the Drilling Contractor's Log.
• Maintain daily contact with Company Man, reporting on status of equipment readiness, maintenance performed, and drills or training completed that day.
• Conduct "H2S Awareness and Safety BA Training" for all new personnel arriving on the rig. Training and safety equipment orientation on arrival.
• Inspection and maintenance of all 15 minute and 30 minute SCBA are functional and fully charged.
• Ensure that all Cascade Air Banks are charged, on-line, and capable of recharging SCBA. Inspect system for signs of air leaks. Ensure operability of Air Compressors.
• During activities that have a potential for an H2S release, provide continuous monitoring with H2S personal Detector Tubes and checking in open air by using detector tubes.
• Occupational Health Dynamics Quantifit Test for AV 3000 Full Face Mask (small, medium and large) for Seal check, fit check, positive and negative pressure check.
• Maintain a running inventory of location and availability of all Safety Equipment. Maintain on-going efforts to keep equipment clean.
