• Covering Eastern and Central regions of KSA
• Evaluating sales leads ( Low current systems) with commercial and estimation teams
• Coordinating with Business Development team to register the company in large companies and mega projects in KSA ( Marafiq, SABIC, Maaden, …)
• Being the main contact and representing the company at prospect /client side
• Mega projects working on: Riyadh Metro, KKMC, KFIA, …..
• Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs.
• Customize insurance/financial programs to suit the client, often covering a variety of risks.
• Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary medical examinations and the completion appropriate forms.
• Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies that match the financial requirement of the clients.
• Monitor insurance claims to ensure they are settled equitably for both the client and the insurer
Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods;
Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems;
Analysing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand;
Allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs;
Liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers;
Developing business by gaining new contracts, analysing logistical problems and producing new solutions.
• Assist clients to identify a list of potential properties whether they are looking to rent, buy or sell properties.
• Offer leasing and sales broking services for commercial properties and helping clients to find the best place or return for their business
• We look after everything to ensure that the property of the client has and retains a competitive edge: maintenance, lease, tenant management, …
• Owns and remotely manages customer relationship, builds and cultivates them over the telephone.
• Ensures delivery of great service to the account. Identifies opportunities, qualifies leads and closes deals over the phone
• Focuses on customer’s satisfaction, knows the customer’s business and workflows.
• Co-ordinates implementation of Reuters strategy and sales campaigns on the account level.
• Works with and brings in experts/specialists onto the team where required, has oversight of all account activities.
• Keeps management in touch with accounts in a timely fashion, gathers intelligence on competitor activity, gives feedback to marketing.
• Acts as a single point of contact for the client for the account management issues, provides escalation path from and to Service.
• Owns account information in relevant CRM systems.
• Supporting existing customer accounts.
• Maintaining accurate in-depth account databases.
• Compiling detailed and accurate monthly report.
• Continuously building knowledge and skills to keep pace with the market trends.
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of Reuters’ information products.
