• Increase service revenue and making an appropriate profit for the business unit, market and economic conditions
• 80/20 meetings with clients on regular basis
• Interview candidates for any open position needed
• Cost and financial controlling in several projects by performing relevant transactions in NSN financial system.
• Monitoring & reporting project execution progress against milestones and cost related performance indicators as well as invoicing schedule against contract.
• Analyzing data and follow up with contractors concerning purchase orders, invoices and payments.
• Responsible for project financial closure through coordinating with project stakeholders on cost allocation and financial reporting.
• Payroll management and cost monitoring for several resources in the project.
