• General Ledger Maintenance to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all transactions and
compliance with the local accounting and financial regulations. This includes controlling and executing
all accounting and financial work flows for 20 related companies.
• Supervise the Junior accountant staff, providing guidance & support.
• Conduct Monthly, Quarterly, and year-end closing entries.
• Banks & petty cash reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable & receivable.
• Handle the Assets registrar.
• Generate employees payroll.
• Prepare and file many tax returns (VAT, Built Property tax, Salary tax, Tax for Non-Residents, NSSF
Declarations).
• Coordinate with external auditors and knowledge working closely with big four companies (Ernst &
Young & PWC).
• Assist in the preparation of the financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of commercial lease agreements and generating the related periodic invoices.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets as requested by management.
• Lead special projects as assigned by management, such as system upgrades, assist in the selection and
implementation of new accounting software and tools.

• Execute data entry and journal vouchers
• Prepare accounts payables and receivables
• Prepare closing year entries
• Establish required bank reconciliation
