A. Support schools and teachers and coordinate efforts to improve teaching and learning and curriculum enrichment:
1.Support schools and assists teachers directly through, team/model, co-teaching (plans, teaches, and evaluates a lesson with the teacher seeking assistance), and class room observation.
2.Provide materials, resources, and assistance to support teaching and learning.
3.Provide assistance to teachers and Head Teachers/ School Principals to use ICT in teaching and learning and information systems to improve teaching and learning.
4.Facilitate effective curricular assessment and enrichment based on an understanding of pedagogy, curriculum design, and learning processes to meet the needs of all students.
5.Use assessment to measure student learning and diagnose student needs and improve learning.
6.Support Head Teachers/ School Principals and practice of quality assurance systems and school Quality Review (SQR).
B. Facilitate meaningful opportunities for professional growth:
1.Support the Head Teachers/ School Principals in developing the professional development component of the School Development Plan.
2.Implement appropriate models for staff development.
3.Provide input on teacher’s performance evaluation for Head Teachers/ School Principals.
French Elementery and preparatory teacher in french schools (FLS) for 2 years.
French prepararory teacher in english school (FLE) for 6 years.
