Observe, classify and record candidates ‘ behavior
Design assessment centers based on the client needs and their competency model.
Working with different assessment tools/providers (CEB, Kenexa-IBM and JOBMASTER)
Managing the assessment day starting from introduction till the integration session.
Develop feedback and PDP Manual to be used by assessors in the feedback sessions.

Designing the outline for JOBMASTER School (certificate and diploma)
Initiating new ideas for increasing number of participants in the workshops
Assisting business development in attracting candidates and explaining the workshops
Approaching universities and other international academic bodies for accrediting and certifying our workshops and training materials
Creating PDPs (Personal Development Plans) for clients based on their competency framework.

Designing Assessment center matrices to avoid the overlapping, directing each assessor and candidates to the required activity & managing the whole day.
Briefing and explaining to the candidates the instructions of each SHL activities, personality tests and customer contact style questionnaires.
Preparation of all the assessment tools required which are: Scoring Sheets and Booklets.
Generating the detailed analysis reports and graphs of the candidates’ results and delivering them to the client.
