My first responsibility for this role as a Sales coordinator in attending meetings with the Clients or the Client’s Consultant. in charge of coordinating trainings and Documentation updates that are all about the company’s New Products and Components to the Sales Community, Generating all Reports, following up on Quotation Requests, and Reading and Analyzing Technical Specifications are also parts of my responsibilities if the Field Sales. As a Project Coordinator role my responsibilities:
• Responsible for the over all execution and performance of the project
• Handle the entire project from start up to the handing over date.
• Monitor and review the execution of shop drawings.
• Drawing all executions drawings( Mechanical, electrical Architectural .....)
• Coordinate the services along with the civil and architecture department
• Monitoring the project progress as per planning program
• Coordinate with the authorities for shop drawings approval and clearance
• Close coordination with the civil Project manager and infrastructure subcontractor.
Interior Design consultant in a showroom of all types of tiles (ceramic, granite, quartz, marble mosaic ....), Fireplaces & Chimneys and all sanitary and appliances for kitchens and bathrooms .
As a Interior Design consultant my responsibilities:
-helping customers locate the items they need
-offering advice and making recommendations
-Design and create projects using technical and creative skills in color and space planning.
-Greeting customers and identifying customer wants and needs
-Recommending, selecting, and helping locate or obtaining merchandise based on customer needs and desires
-Computing sales prices, total purchases, and receiving and processing cash or credit payment
Answering questions regarding the store and merchandise
-Visiting customer’s homes or workplace to provide product and design advice.
-Assisting sales staff when design advice is required
-Following up in a timely and professional manner with customers on all requests or concerns.
Zinaline is considered today a new company in the kitchens industry field.As a Kitchen designer my responsibilities:
-create kitchens for clients, including cabinets, flooring, counters, and appliances.
-prepare final plans on 20/20 design program and create a timeline for the project.
-make sure the kitchens are functional, convenient, comfortable, and up to building code.
Improve customer’s experience and stimulate sales of kitchen designs.
-Provide courteous and interactive support to customers by offering kitchen design according to their requirements.
-Assist guests and complete design, sale remodeling projects to fulfill all guests’ needs.
-Collaborate with sales support personnel to offer exceptional customer service.
-Implement selling and operational kitchen design processes.
-Perform as main contact for guest from collection of retainer to sale closure.
-Provide kitchen design assistance at home and store.
-Provide creative solutions and design to meet or exceed guest’s needs.
-Interact with guests’ to know about their needs, requirements and budgetary limits.
-Present products to customers suitable to attain their objectives.
-Promote indoor installation services along with indoors value proposition.
-Schedule initial customer home visit as well as coordinate with responsible project manager.
-Establish detailed project budget working with customer.
Meuble Decor is considered today a Italian furniture showroom .As an Interior Design Consultant my responsibilities:
-Interacting with customers in our retail stores
- Assisting clients with the selection of unique products of unparalleled quality, including furniture, accessories and more
-Preparing furniture layouts for our customers that are dynamic and fulfill their expectations
-Collaborating with our stock, inventory, special order and delivery programs to ensure that customers are satisfied
-Keeping customers up-to-date on design activity, providing progress reports and handling issues in a professional and courteous manner
