Key Responsibilities:
• Classification of a project, Selection criteria depending upon classification, Sources of proposals, Evaluating proposals & Managing the portfolio of projects.
• Estimating, Planning, managing and refining the project objectives, scope. Performing steps by steps necessary to meet the project's objectives and project requirements.
• Monitoring systems upgrades, and resource leveling to increase efficiency, slashing error rate and accelerating client satisfaction.
• Conducting periodical review meetings of project, preparing and submitting reports of performance shortfalls and funds position. Implementing cost control measures to contain overall project costs within budgetary limits.
• Managing risks.
• Documenting the formal acceptance of the project's product to bring all aspects of the project to a close before closing the project.
• Monitoring of the project lifecycle and project plans to roll out and execute the project in accordance with external contractors.
• Using SAP System Applications (PS) in the whole Project life Cycle from the project charter, creating WBS…etc. till Milestone and closeout of the project, also using SAP solution implementation, Overseeing support in maintenance functions.
