▪ Reviewing and verifying the Monthly payments from subcontractors;
▪ Preparation of Estimates, variations, PC Adjustments and PS adjustment;
▪ Monitoring and controlling the project based cost of labour, materials, subcontractors, plant and
equipment;
▪ Reporting the current and forecast expenditures, revenues against approved Budget;
▪ Drafting contractual correspondences and notices;
▪ Monitoring Cash flow based on the Earned Value Management (EVM);
▪ Provide cost-controlling support for project management team, which includes variation reporting,
monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of Interim Payment Application;
▪ Monitor and Forecast the cost of each Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) items exceeding the Earned
Value Thresholds;
▪ Cost Reporting to the Management \[Labor and Machinery Report, Cost Value Reconciliation Report
(CVR)\].

▪ Evaluation of suppliers and sub-contractors;
▪ Preparation of Pre-Qualification documents;
▪ Writing of Contractual letters;
▪ Evaluation of Prime Cost (PC) rates and Provisional Sum (PS);
▪ Processing of Variation Cost Proposals;
▪ Take off Quantities and pricing BOQs;

▪ Preparation of Tender documents and Contract Documents.
▪ Attending for Pre-bid meetings;
▪ Assessment of Interim Payment Application and Issuing Interim Payment Certificate;
▪ Take off Quantities and Prepare BOQs;
▪ Involve in Cost planning;
▪ Preparation of Tender Evaluation Report

▪ Checking subcontractors’ measurements and certify sub contractors’ payment;
▪ Documentation and record keeping;
▪ Preparation of Interim Payment Application;
▪ Preparing rate breakdowns and Take off quantities to order materials;
