• Follow cost control procedures and code of accounts.
• Perform cost analysis for the assigned activities.
• Reconcile all variances between budget, actual costs and revenue to facilitate accurate profit forecast.
• Perform trend analysis and alert of any deviations from budgets and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitoring, Supporting and following Procurement Department analyzing Prices
• Working out budget break ups for variations of coordination with site & commercial dept.
• Monitoring the requisitions/Materials and control it with the budget cost to complete
• Controls of assets / material transfer from & to sites / warehouses.
• Coordinating with the site Quality Surveyors for the compilation of the Labor Productivity report and Sub Contract Liability Report.

Daily interfacing with engineers on various projects
