o Responsibilities:
• Apply HSE management systems and programs integrated with OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 & line with the local low & corporate HSE policies and directions.
• Organize and maintain internal safety training and induction programs suitable to accommodate all of the company HSE training requirements.
• Work with individuals and teams to manage and direct significant projects
• Establish and maintain effective communications and relationships with employees, division and corporate representatives, government officials and the public.
• Achieve and maintain an HSE awareness and communication program sufficient in order to continuously improve the workplace HSE culture
• Carrying out on job risk assessment to assist all management levels to work proactively to the elimination of hazards and risks as well as unsafe working practices in the workplace
• Prepare clear, concise reports and budget recommendations.
• Define problems, collect and analyze appropriate data, draw valid conclusions, and Recommend corrective actions.
• Interpret local, state, and federal regulations and develop and implement compliance programs.
• Follow up all works related to maintenance, cutting, welding, extinguishers and utilities
• Develop and drive the implementation of EOSH management systems and ensure these are integrated into all facility operations & processes.
• Conduct and maintain EOSH and Security risk assessments
• Performs annual compliance audits of the plant EOSH Programs
• Establish procedures for evaluating safety and health hazards associated with new processes, equipment, or materials, and recommend methods to control hazards.
• Leads the plant accident and incident investigation process and reporting.
• Plan and prepare for emergencies and conduct training and drills, as needed, to ensure that everyone know how to properly respond to emergencies

o Responsibilities:
• Putting the safety plan for all sites.
• Establish and maintain effective communications and relationships with employees in different projects.
• Conduct and maintain EOSH and Job Hazard Analyzing (JHA)
• Conduct induction cycle for project technicians.
• Follow up all works related to maintenance, cutting, welding, extinguishers and utilities
• Conduct evacuation tests/training quarterly
• Prepare all the safety reports and sent them to the central safety manager.
• Calculating the hours passed without having injuries.
• Make periodically checks on the safety of used electrical tools
o Responsibilities:
• Reporting to senior manager regarding the company’s finances.
• Processing year end accounts.
• Collecting HSE hazards and report this to the HSE engineer
• Work with the HSE engineer for putting the staff training annual plan
• Writing HSE reports
• Establish and maintain effective communications and relationships with employees in different projects.
• Coordinate with the HSE engineer for putting the risk assessment for each project
• Collecting the requested amount of PPE/project for the engineer to check quality
