Emergency Controller: Handled many emergencies like power failure, power dip, utilities failure under the direction of Shift Supervisor
Corrective Actions: Took corrective actions in case of any deviation or abnormality in process parameter, quality parameter under the direction of Shift Supervisor.
Corrective Actions: Kept continuous track of alarms and alarm history to sustain plant operation and mitigated causes of deviations.
Quality Controller: Made necessary adjustments in the operating parameters, based on Laboratory results of individual product stream.
Logging: Carried out logging of critical process parameters in my area of work.
Trainer: Conducted on job training of field operators on DCS panel.
SOPs Compliance: Ensured compliance of SOPs during Plant start-up, shutdown or emergency situation.
Communication Skills: Co-ordinated and communicated with other process units, oil movement section and utilities section for steady product stream availability of utilities during start up.
Selfless Working: Worked extended hours as required by the department and produced required output.
Turn Around: Ensured Implementation of SOPs for Turnaround and revamp Activities of the unit in 2012 and 2020.
Charge Acceptance/ Delivery: Accepted and handed over shift from off going/coming operator with detailed log sheet of operational adjustments and changes during previous shift
Plant Optimization: Monitored process parameters and make an appropriate adjustment when a deviation detected and or an upset condition occurred.
