As Supply Chain Manager for Arrow, a sourcing facility for Carlsberg’s nonalcoholic malt drinks (Moussy & Holsten), Overall responsible for Procurement & Logistics (Inbound & Outbound) functions which includes direct & Indirect materials categories and supply chain operations. Managing a total annual spend of 50 million EURO. Main responsibilities include:
•Supplier’s sourcing, negotiating annual contracts for Raw and Packaging Materials, Consumables, MRO, Facilities Management, Transportation and Capital Investments.
•Managing local & international vendor performance (VMI, Lead Times consistency, supply risks)
•Driving forecast inaccuracy and coordinating materials planning and implementing JIT
•Managing raw material & Finish goods warehouse, loading, off‐loading & optimization the space.
•Budgeting yearly prices for materials & services, driving budget controls and reporting variances
•Managing import clearance process, driving reduction in freight, demurrages & detention cost
•Development of efficient flow of procurement process P-P (Purchase to Payment process)
