Objective of the Department.

Assess candidates through interviews and skill tests and make
appropriate recommendations to the client.
Ensure that all the candidates are properly screened before they are
sent for the final round of interview with the client.
Maintain and constantly update a candidate interview process and
status in Hire Craft.
Work with the sale teams for all quotation, budgetary and sales report.
Achieve set recruitment revenue targets.
Other responsibilities as maybe assigned from time to time.
Ensure completion of all documentation as per recruitment standard
and directives from clients.
Carries out additional duties given from time to time by the
Management.
Assist and liaise with the Recruitment Officers (RO) and Managers
(MGRs) regarding the completion of administrative recruitment
process.
Assist in preparing documents for Visas, security passes, Optima Card,
Travel, Hotel, Courses and all other necessities for recruited employees
with the clients.
Making Monthly report of up-to-date Recruitment status as per
requirement of RO.
After suitable training will have the responsibility of searching the
candidates for submission to clients.
Assisting RO to search for candidates for submission to Clients.
Follow and Collect timesheet from Employees on monthly basses.
Prepare & Calculate payroll for the Unit’s client and forward details to
accounts.
Assist in preparing invoices every month.
