Desktop/System Support Activities.
• Trouble shooting the software and hardware including the Notebooks.
• LAN, WAN & Hardware Troubleshooting.
• Configuration Devices, Printers, Scanners & Multimedia (Projector).
• Maintenance of Operating system, Periodic Updates, Patches Antivirus and Outlook Configuration.
• Installation of Windows 2000/XP/7/8/10 and Server 2003/2008/2012.
• Installation of Network Printer.
• Identify Troubleshooting and Rectify Hardware, Software, and Application.
• Help Desk / End-User LAN/Hardware/Networking Support.
• Provide first and second level of support.
• Respond to IT-Helpdesk complaints.
• Data Backup and Recovery.
Leading a proactive team of support staff responsible for delivering a highest level of technical support and customer service.
Reporting directly to the IT Manager and collaborating closely with other IT team members. Responding to queries in a timely and accurate manner and resolving queries to the user’s satisfaction
