Leading the Purchasing function across diverse markets currently experiencing deep economic and political challenges. Leading the people strategy for the region, developing local initiatives relating to reward, employee engagement, line management capabilities and culture change. Deploying various group P2P and Procurement policies and initiatives. Support P2P initiative to enhance and simplify E2E processes. -Supplier Relationship Management of the following categories: Events, Communication, Market Research, Market Access, Prints, Media, - Work closely with the stakeholders to build a partnership, be an active member of the projects and act as a business partner to meet requirements and provide recommendation
Recommender/Proposed to procurement for a e-catalogues per category .- Benchmark categories and best practices
Work on multiple projects and tenders at local, regional, and global level to optimize the volume spend and the cost impact as well as to consolidate the number of vendors
SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) - Regular meeting with top suppliers with spend analysis and negotiation when needed to improve the rates and services with procurement.
Monitoring and update Vendor Master data to ensure data accuracy (Vendor info update) with compliance such as Trade License, company profile, Vendor forms, bank details, Due Diligence etc.-Support Maintain compensatory controls monitoring and transparently share observed deviations with local stakeholders and internal control (and disciplinary committee if applicable).

Support new Global Travel Policy and proactively contribute to BT initiatives
