Taking the lead in All Air Cargo Activity Globally, making sure that the Company’s vision is translated into actions and daily activities

Improving the present of RJ in online and offline Station by creating a new set of parameters to Manager GSA and owned outstation Performance and KPI’s

Creating a set of KPI’s to Manager Activities, Productivities, and Results from All Cargo Sales Team

Deliver and assigning the correct Training to the team making sure that they are motivated, engaged, equipped and skilled to meet the job needs

Being closer to the Customers and open a dialogue for two way communication, through regular meetings, and online links

Revisit all capabilities including the equipment used, Passenger Aircraft upgrade, Freighters Replacements & Ground Handling Agreements enforcements

Manage the P&L with full details, making sure stopping the waist, improving efficiency delivering an improvement every month on the top-line and bottom-line, through balancing the spending and prioritizing the investments
