Revisit all capabilities including the equipment used, Passenger Aircraft upgrade, Freighters Replacements & Ground Handling Agreements enforcements
Manage the P&L with full details, making sure stopping the waist, improving efficiency delivering an improvement every month on the top-line and bottom-line, through balancing the spending and prioritizing the investments

The responsibility is based on restructuring the Sales, Marketing & CS teams to achieve the Revenue & Contribution” EBIT” budgeted figures through delivering an excellent Customer service experience while aiming to exceed the customer expectation.

• Created Three Channel Bands focused Sales and Customers Services team, supported by dedicated staff for each client Band motivated by a special designed schemes and KPI’s.
• Created new revenue generating Products, Like insurance, Onboard courier, and Special tailor-made solutions
• Created a new franchise concept to increase the footprint of TNT services
• Won the Special Services award among AMEA (Africa Middle East and America) for Quarter 3 and 4 (Revenue and traders growth).
• The only country in the AMEA to increase the number of traders over the over the last five years average.
