• As soon as I joined the Group, I reset vacation and end of service
settlements according to labor law, which generated an at least 33% of
previously paid amount in an indirect income for the Group.
• I reset benefits policies for the whole Group which as well generated a lot
of indirect income.
• I set reporting system for the whole Group.
• Wrote corporate policy which wasn’t available before I join.
• Prepared and set a salary scale and incentive plans for the Group.
• Prepared and enforced authority matrix for the company involving all
