Leading a team of 28 hardworking talents to develop and support Globitel’s call center products. Functions include: product management, development, quality assurance, production, project management and technical support. Role also involves assisting sales to close big deals.

Built Globitel’s WFO suit by adding 2 new products: WFM & PMP to existing SpeechLog QMS, and managed to sell the suit to some of the largest call centers in the region, such as: STC, Zain and Mobily.

Launched Globitel -911, a CTI application for emergency call center (deployed it in Jordan).

Created a PMO, and headed the technical support team for the call center and telco products (VAS and Roaming).

Built a proper technical support and project management foundation to handle Globitel’s growth in its customer base.

Built marketing strategies and headed the following functions: Marketing communication, PR, product marketing and business development.

Established the Marketing and Business Dev. unit in 2007, which managed to: Lift Globitel’s identity and image to an international level, spread Globitel’s operator solutions from 2 operators in 2007 to 12 in 2009, and increase Globitel’s revenue in multiple folds, which attracted serious investors.

Established local presence in Riyadh. Functions included sales, project management and technical support.

Increased annual sales in KSA by 4 folds by the end of 2006.

Managed to win big call center accounts such as STC, Mobily, Rajhi bank and Al-Bilad bank.

Started a technical support department to handle implementations and after sales support. Responsibilities also included managing big projects.

Part of the technical team who developed Globitel’s telephony products and provided technical support.
