- Preparation of Necessary Plans, Policies and Procedures to meet Business needs & ensure excellent
work flow continuity within the area of responsibility
- The Administrative Main Departmental Functions and Staff (Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly
Reports, Staff Performance Evaluation, Attendance and Leave, Vacations, Training, etc...)
- Looking for all Eastern Area projects
- Prepare long term plan for the Area
- Follow up and Monitoring all Progress /quality work for all running projects.
- Following all Major issue with clients for satisfaction.
- Preparation and Review of Contracts, Tenders, RFQ, RFP as per Business needs.
- Preparation and Review of Budgets, Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes, Primary
& Final Acceptance, and Invoicing.
- Attend High Management Meeting.
