 Managing the Overhauling and Preventive Maintenance as well
as inventory of KHS/KRONES & Sidel Line Pet Lines to maximize
the production efficiency & minimize breakdown time.
 Accountable for ensuring continuous running of machinery and equipment as
per M&W perspective.
 Timely Completion of production of the plant as per given schedule by
minimizing downtime and timely respond to the routine faults.
 Plan & Prepare Maintenance schedules with reports and discuss with team.
 Ensure food safety and quality of the product.
 Managing the safety part list of annual maintenance.
 Schedule, manage and train the team of foreman, supervisors and operators.
 Manage the shifts of all machine operators.
 To check break down time, demand of parts, increase the yield
Of Raw material and improve plant Efficiency.
 Timely audit of each machine failures & estimation of maintenance cost.
 Inspection experience with various electrical items, such as motors, switchgear,
UPS, & DC systems.
 Prepare reports of downtime, maintenance, preventive maintenance, and
machine history as well.
 Maintain the parts according to safety parts list related to electrical, electronic
and mechanical.
 Implement the International Standard Policies related to health, safety and
environment
*Making comparison of parts quotationsto get approval from management.
 Manage, monitor, maintain & undertake the allocation & requirement of
resources for maintenance activities.
 Monitoring and coordination with 3
rd party contractors engaged to carryout
Maintenance works on the site.
 Technical training, deployment of sales teams about product specs. & assigning
ofsale target.
 Role as a bridge between maintenance teams, higher management and client’s
management.
*All type of mechanical on line related to all machines.
 I to P convertors (Positioners) & its calibration.
 different types ofsolenoid valve for compress air control & Pneumatic
Control Valve (Burkert, Siemens, Butterfly valve, Pneumatic cylinders)
 Servo motor & induction motor.
 Bypass of instruments (different types of Sensors, Relays, Safety
barriers, Lubrication Pumps etc.) in case of emergency.
