A dynamic Professional with over 6 years’ experience in Electronics & Instrumentation Commissioning Engineer & Maintenance and Projects & Development in Petrochemical, Refinery and Oil & Gas Industry. Proven abilities in handling pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
Hands on experience in: Involved and Conducting the SAT Site Integration Test activities such as, Pre-Power checks, Power up, Hardware Redundancy function, Input/output Card function verification checks and Software checks of the ICS System (DCS/ESD/FGS/BMS/SMC/FMP), other Third Party Systems (GTG MARK VIe / MMS / CCC)
•Conducting the Loop Checks in existing running plant modifications, Tie in points of the pipe line receivers & Launcher and Functional Test (C&E) of the various systems.
•Involved and supporting to the Start up activities for the various units such as Fire & Gas Safety system, Fire Water System, Deluge System, Nitrogen Receivers, MP Fuel Gas System, and Gas Turbine Generator Black Start up.
•Good Experience on the Yokogawa Centum VP DCS and RS Prosafe of the ESD and FGS System.
•Good Experience on the ABB 800S DCS System logics and ICS Triplex Rock well automation(UK)
TMR processer T8110B ESD System logics.
•Inlet gas receiving Systems (Launcher and Receiver).
•Gas Separation Units.
•Gas turbine and Heat Recovery Steam Generation system.
Expertise in Commissioning of Various equipment, startup & shutdown activities, emergency handling of plant & panel operation (Yokogawa).
Possesses excellent analytical, troubleshooting, interpersonal, relationship building and team building skills with proven ability in establishing quality systems / procedures & planning.
