• Ensure that all Bodyshops achieve their targets "Financial, Customer satisfaction and Repeat Repair.
• Ensure that Samaco becomes the best Bodyshop repairer in KSA.
• Monitors the performance of every parts/labor regularly to ensure Bodyshop development.
• Ensure that all Bodyshops are operating smoothly according to company policy & Procedure.
• Communicating with Manufacturers in all body related issues
• Contracts with Suppliers, Fleets, and insurance companies.
• Decide marketing activities for the Bodyshop business.

• Finally, I have awarded from Bentley as the best body shop over Middle East for the year 2019.
• After the growth in Bodyshop business in last 2 years, company saw that it is the time for more investment and establishing a large Bodyshop network across KSA and I am taking the responsibility of planning & implementing the project in the last 6 months.
Nissan authorized dealer in Saudi Arabia, I started with the company as Bodyshop Manager and I was later promoted to acting national Bodyshop managing

I worked in egyption automotive and trading company it`s adestributer of volexwagen and audi in egypt.
My responsibility of B&P manager is to maintain the progress of workshop and to attempt to complete the work required at the time planed, and also solving problems, which is unable to resolve by a team leader and service advisor.
And I'm a member of technical committee for the adoption of tools, equipment and paint materials suppliers.
Work as, a body and paint section head for Toyota Egypt service center CFC branch.
My responsibility of B&P workshop section head is to maintain the progress of workshop and to attempt to complete the work required at the time planed, and also solving problems that faced by technicians, which is unable to resolve by a chief technician.
And I do a final inspection of the care after the completion of the body and paint work to insure the safety and quality of repair, in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
So that we can achieve the goals of the company.
I'm working in Body and paint basic operation project in CFC branch to make B&P model work shop.
This project depends on tow main pillars, the first is quality of repair and the secondary is delivery date.
Work as, a body and paint instructor for Toyota Egypt training center.

I conduct training courses to body and paint technician and estimators.
Monitoring the paint defects in coordination with service manager and finding the solution.
Member of kaizen team for applicable the T.P.S line (Toyota production system).
Coordinate with paint suppliers for after sales service to conduct (out door training).
I have a very good hand skills & experience in body and paint work shop (car refinishes).
I have a very good hand skills & experience in welding, CO2 MIG weld (argon weld) and electrical weld and oxyacetylene weld.
The training courses that I mad in the last period is estimation course, surface preparation course, color matching course, panel repair course and welding method course.
my responsibility was monitoring the workflow of a group teach and finish the due job on time and make quality check on my team.
Summer training
During the summer vacation I was utilizing my time and spend it in a training in some of the automotive dealer in Egypt such as (Toyota, VW, Peugeot, Renew and some other dealers.
I was studding automotive engineering courses and graduated in 2005.
