• Ensure compliance with audit as per IFRS, IAS as per GAAP regulatory, and government requirements.
• Provide financial and integration support as needed in response to the company’s merger and acquisition activity.

Job Responibilites :
(A) Reporting to the Managing Director and in charge of all Financial operations of the company

(O) Have thorough knowledge of Shipping -, Air, Sea and Land transportation from different countries like American, European, UK, India, South East Asian Countries, China and GCC countries like Saudi, UAE, Iran, Oman, Bahrain etc. Extensive knowledge about the Customs duty, Custom duty Exemption documentation, Shipping documentation for importing, temporary imports into to Qatar, exporting and re-export from Qatar. ISO 9002 Quality management -Internal auditor of the Rumaillah Services Apart from day to day work responsible to carry out the monthly ISO 9002 audit and to assist external auditor in half yearly surveillance audit.
