Job Description: Handle technical software support for the end user. It involves setting up network configurations for the software such as adding ports on windows firewall, adding permissions and security settings on the shared folder where the data file is stored. I was also trained to provide solution and recommendation for software related problems like specific code messages and installation problem for both server and client computer.

Job Description: Handle technical support for Internet Connection. Provide solution to problems such as sudden loss of internet connection, intermittent connectivity and checking setup on LAN configuration. I was also trained in providing explanation on billing statement such as the billing cycle, billing adjustment, computations of amount due and product inquiries.
