KNPC IT Service Desk Support which is dedicated to currently providing service desk support in a 5000+ user environment and which includes role for remote support activities, management and, In Coordination with various IT Division, Ensure fast and effective IT service availability. Handling escalation call for technical support and Complaints through various source of input. (Email, Phone Call, Memo etc.).
Maintain and support systems, workstations, mobile devices, printers and peripherals; respond to user service requests; and resolve trouble tickets. Ensure system security for desktop, mobile and cloud environments.
Preparing Point Of Sale Machines as per the corporate build
Contacting Retail stores rectifying the POS issues
Troubleshooting Desktop and Laptop issues
Providing Network support to the stores
Monitoring the CCTV Cameras(Avigilan) through application and Trouble shooting the issues
Resolving Service Desk Tickets according to the priority of the issue
Contacting the vendors and purchasing the Hardware and Softwares
Verifying the Service Level Agreements (SLA) renewing Yearly(EEMC, G4S, ABM, GBM)
Contacting ISP providers any issues in the Networks(Qnet, FastTelco, KEMS)
Providing the remote support to Dubai Retail stores
Managing the Daily Backups by using Symatic Backup Exec(Tape Library)
Managing the Datacenter and providing support to the Admin Team
Providing remote access to the Network Swithches by using Putty
Troubleshooting the printer problems
Providing the System Support to Head Office staff on daily basis
Installing and Managing the antivirus database signatures(Trendmicro)
