Steel Reconciliation should be done whenever fabrication materials is received from sub-contractor
Cash book should be closed on daily basis and inform cash balances to HO. Cash budget should be approval.
Accounts should be closed every month before 10th and send to HO, for Inter site Reconciliation should attach other site ledger copies.
Monthly Cash Budgets along with previous month actual should be forwarded to HO.
Materials Reconciliation is a must while raising RA Bills - supply as well as erection to client. Similarly sub_contractors.
All Statutory payments like P.F. / TDS / PT are to be remitted within due date.
Preparation of Materials Planning statement quarterly from Project In-charge.
Stress on preparation, review, monitoring, reporting and control of Budgets, forecasts, cash flow, MIS and ability to work at a senior level.
Experience in Project Evaluation, Profitability models.
Ability to finalize and administer work breakdown structure for the project, devise project accounting, cost codes, cost centers, fund centers, equipment identification tags, stock codes, part numbers etc.,
Aptitude to communicate effectively with and offer strategic inputs to the top management.
Settle financial & commercial aspects such as price breakdown, taxes all major terms and conditions of procurement including warranties and liabilities, payment terms and ensuring continues monitoring of vendors / contractors during project stage.
Aptitude for ensuring project material reconciliation and accounting for consumption / erection costs and inventories, allocation of these costs for building Fixed Asset Register.
Processing of supplier claims, arrange and control of funds to diffirent projects, preparation of monthly cost sheet for crusher sits, Materials Reconciliation at closing sites, sub-contractors reconciliation etc.
Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Bills Discounting, Bills Collection through Bank, and monitoring of Bank Limits from time to time etc.
Preparation of Monthly SOD (Select Operational Data) Statement and FFR(Financial Follow-up Reports) Statements Quarterly as well as half yearly on time
Preparation of Monthly MIS Reports.
Preparation of Monthly Receivables and Payables-age-wise statements.
Attending Finalization works.
Attending Excise Duty and Sales Tax Works.
Preparation of Cash, Bank and Journal Vouchers.
Writing of Cash, Bank and Journal Register.
Writing of Sales and Purchase Registers.
Writing of Petty Cash Book
