Work Experiences:

Worked as equipment coordinator and supervisor for mechanical maintenance with Hawk International at Behalf, Shabwa and Block 14 at Seyoun Hadramout.

Job and Duties:

Supervising on mechanical maintenance in accordance with plans and policies and procedures of the maintenance department.

Supervising on mechanics and the job center workers in accordance with their job description and duties and responsibilities.

Working with the mechanical engineer in preparing the center maintenance schedule of all the equipment and machinery.

Working with the mechanical engineer in estimating spare parts and other necessary accessories related to maintenance job, getting advice and guidance from the head of the center.

Preparing the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and routing it to the head of the maintenance section for getting the necessary guidance.

Participating in the preparation of the purchase orders or insuring versions services and issuance from the stores in accordance to the authority confined.

Worked as Public Relation Officer between Hawk International and those companies which worked as sub-contractors such as Yemen L.N.G Co., Loduk Co. (French company) and many other contracting companies.

           Job responsibility:

          Receiving and executing request from these companies such as:

Arranging for equipments, machinery and providing all other necessary requirement to facilitate job executions.

Providing manpowered request by the company and all specialization of the Project Manager at the job location.

Raising reports and timesheets to the Project Manager and getting them endorsed and dispatching them to the accounting section at the Head Office.

Worked as Relation Coordinator between Hawk International Co. and the Custom Committee (Y.G.C) which is sponsored by the Ministry of Oil (Yemen Oil Company)?

          Job Duties:

Checking the equipments, machinery and materials which entered on custom-free basis to the job location.

Verifying the authenticity correctness of the attached documents.

Confirming the all materials dispatched are used for the purpose it was sent for.

Clearing Custom formalities and getting the papers endorsed.

Raising final reports on the field inspections the Project Manager.

         Course Attended and Skill:

I attended many training courses in the field of operational safety and industrial security, environment and health provided by YLNG Co. a full course.

I have a valid driving license.

I obtained certificates from Hawk International Co. and YLNG (Belhaff)
