Led Amway’s technology transfer initiative to successfully manufacture its 27 Nutrition and 15 Beauty products at
Greenfield Madurai Facility generating a business of over $230 million
Achieved 98% RFT (Right First Time) during first year of startup of Madurai Plant of Amway delivering a saving of
$3.2 million. Recognized as “Emerging Talent 2016” and received out of turn promotion in Mar’16; also was
nominated for RDYP Leadership development Programme
Part of Amway’s global project management and R&D team during the design and construction phase; actively
contributed towards equipment selection and qualification; and design of the product lines for $100 million project
Trained and mentored a team of more than 200 technical professionals to run and manage the Madurai Plant
Successfully developed manufacturing process for 2 ITM (Idea to Market) projects and transferred one of them to
Amway’s global manufacturing facility in China.
Successfully completed a Lean project to increase the throughput of tablet production line by more than 20% at
Amway; also increased productivity of dry suspension line by 33 % at Ranbaxy
Led 2 QIP (Quality Improvement Projects) for South Africa, Brazil, Canada and Europe Market at Ranbaxy for
products accounting for $60 million in revenue
Successfully completed Projects on Process Development for 12 Solid oral products (Tablets & Capsules) for ANDA
filing (USFDA) including 3 FTF Projects and 3 products for MHRA EU at Glenmark
Won Amway Global Corporate R&D Annual Awards 2016 for outstanding collaboration with global R&D
counterparts to successfully transfer Nutrilite Products Ranges to the new manufacturing plant in Madurai
Ensure process design modification of existing products as per risk assessment and FMEA for sooth Technology
Transfers; Develop process qualification and validation protocols for technology transfer projects by trials
