Main Duties:
1. Ensuring the proper selection of YBLN, TVET, YLI, and GBV beneficiaries to obtain their commitment (throughout interviews & orientation sessions).

o Ensuring that all enrolled youth are treated with respect and are safe and protected, and direct reporting of any incidents

o Ensuring that trainers/ Tutors are providing courses with agreed hours and schedule
o Ensuring that all students receive transportation, stationary, and refreshments
o Conducting motivation sessions with students and meeting with the beneficiaries and their parents
o monitoring pre and posttests
o Ensuring the visibility of Anera and donor throughout all course implementation
o Verifying that all partners’ payments and financing are submitted in a timely manner and as required
4. Ensuring that all TVET students are provided with apprenticeship/On job training in order to benefit maximum benefit to all students
5. Entering collected data on Anera’s database system
