-Manage high profile & regional accounts
-Create, implement and manage campaigns (adwords, Bing, social media channels) to achieve clients target.
-Optimizing campaigns on a regular basis for maximum performance and provide accurate informations and Reports.
-Effective Budget control on different channels.
-Managing day-to-day activity and workload, ensuring it is organized in an effective and efficient way.
-Review new technologies and keep the clients at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and analyzing sales options.
• Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues to ensure a ‘one team approach’ to the delivery of the Customer Service performance standards and the business objective
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Handle customer enquiries and communicate with internal departments for escalated issues
• Responsible for resolving customer complaints/ issues within the delegated level of authority or referring the problem for resolution by management, in an efficient, courteous and professional manner
• Ensuring that a high quality of service is delivered at all times
• Complete Customer Satisfaction Surveys and all outbound activities in line with team objectives
• Provides assistance for customers who have lost items within Taxis. Answers phone, email, and in-person inquiries regarding lost items
directly with the Head of Marketing and responsibilities include, but are not limited to -
Managing website content - coordinating, positioning, updating & quality check.
Social Media postings on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
Responding to product related queries, while strategically helping in lead generation.
Assist the Digital Marketing team with recommendations and insights.
