-Prepare and maintain President's expenses reports.
-Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.

-Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner.
-Meet and greet clients and visitors.
-Perform general clerical duties (photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filling).
-Maintain hard copy and electronic filling system.
