I am a passionate and dedicated home-based chef with strong skills in cooking, baking, and dessert preparation. I have completed professional training courses in cooking and baking from Memon Foundation, where I developed practical knowledge of continental cuisine, desserts, cake making, pizza preparation, and kitchen hygiene standards. Along with training, I have hands-on experience in preparing a wide variety of dishes in a home-based environment, which has helped me build confidence and efficiency in kitchen work.
My responsibilities include preparing and cooking different types of meals, especially continental dishes, traditional foods, desserts, pastries, cakes, and pizzas. I ensure that every dish is prepared with proper attention to taste, hygiene, and presentation. I follow recipes accurately while also adding creativity where needed to improve flavor and presentation. I am also responsible for managing food preparation steps such as washing, cutting, mixing, baking, and final plating of dishes.
I maintain high standards of cleanliness and kitchen hygiene at all times. I ensure that all utensils, work surfaces, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized before and after use. I also manage time effectively in the kitchen to ensure that all food items are prepared and served on time, especially during busy or high-pressure situations.
