I was assigned the responsibility of establishing and managing an offshore office in Karachi, Pakistan for Nacirema Creatives, a US-based marketing company, from its inception. The company excels in delivering holistic digital marketing strategies, cutting-edge tech solutions, and innovative creative support to brands across dynamic markets - US, UK, and Pakistan.
Key Highlights:
• Successfully recruited strategic teams, established operational procedures, and optimized workflows to significantly enhance productivity and efficiency across both US and Pakistan offices.
• Launched Citadel 7, a commercial real estate project in Islamabad, spanning the entire scope from crafting brand identity to developing impactful marketing plans for both digital and conventional mediums.
• Led the product launch of company's own Vape brand - UNO, in the US, UK, and Pakistan. The scope-involved development of product packaging to the creation of marketing collateral, in-store branding materials, and the implementation of a robust digital marketing strategy. This included recruiting influencers and utilizing programmatic advertising platforms.
• Sustained foot traffic across a nationwide network of 25+ stores of Artisan Vapor Pakistan through digital and in-store activities.
• Oversaw marketing calendars with the teams for global businesses (retail and wholesale vape brands) - Artisan Vapor US and Worldwide Vape.

Fireball Direct is a renowned brand activation and corporate event management agency, catering to clients from various sectors, including FMCG, Tobacco, and Automobile.

• Developed and executed on-ground strategies for the nationwide launch of new products for Philip Morris International (Pakistan)
• Strategized activities for various platforms such as HORECA, in-store activities, road shows, and rural programs for a diverse client portfolio.
• Spearheaded the digital transformation of the company's private event management services, resulting in the successful launch of rockaparty.pk The website offered a comprehensive solution for customers seeking event management services along with a user-friendly online store that allows one-click ordering for a wide array of party/ event articles.
