• Interim valuation and payment certificates;
• Evaluate variation orders and monitor material on site;
• Processed claims in line to the Contract Particular Conditions and FIDIC General Conditions of Contract;
• Monitor project cash flow and issue financial report;
• Closing accounts, taking over certificate and ensuring the contract warranty period / defect liability period documentation;
• Follow up on termination of contract, evaluate claims, enumerate and sort material on site and final account negotiations.

Responsible for takeoff, measurement, billing and pricing for construction projects, cost estimates, planning site surveys and payment certificates for medium to large size projects such as: (Mechanical, Structural, Architectural and Electrical works)
