Al Mobty started in 1968. We are general contractors and among the top 10 in Saudi Arabia. Other than Saudi we just
finished a hospital in Sri Lanka, Sanaa’ Airport in Yemen 1981, King Fahd Rd. in Djibouti… Locally we did Tabuk
Airport, Khamis Musheit Air Base, 4 hospitals… Al Mobty rates in most disciplines as 1st
class, with mega projects in
Infrastructures, Superstructures, & Railways. With more than 7, 000 employees, 350 engineers & 5400 equipment, back
log of about SAR 10 billion, SAR 2 billion turn over. We have more than 88 projects in hand running at the same time
over the 3 divisions/business units, from large infrastructures with Modon, MO Housing, totaling more than SAR. 1.4B,
to roads and bridges MOT, to the biggest rail projects with SRO Al Hofuf diversion of 53 Km (SAR. 1.1B, and the
new doubling RUH-DMM 450 km (SAR. 740M). We just got awarded 3 projects in building BU, Engineering College
in Madinah University for SAR. 400M, 44+46 pre-cast small buildings with King Khaled University for SAR. 640M,
and Al Kharj hospital with MO Health for SAR. 513M
Position: CEO, & President of the Board of Executives
Overlooking all 3 main operational divisions (Infra & Super Structures in addition to Railways), business development,
and supports divisions. Created 5 more divisions, (MEP, Mining, Marine, Pilling & Earth Engineering, and Oil & Gas).
We did accomplish lot of projects all over Saudi Arabia (10 branches), the GCC, and International.
Lead a team to a change management program with PwC, we revamped all policies, procedures, authority matrix,
grades & levels, score cards, KPI… also implementing ERP system.
We did so many JVs and directly overlooked this important aspect of the business jointly with the CBDO. Most
importantly, with Leighton on SAR projects CTW-130 and CTW-320 for about SR. 1B each.
Also, worked a JV with MAESSA (ASC Group), for the MEP of 44+46 buildings for KKU. We did the same in Jordan
with one local contractor and were the best price for the 2 sections of the boarder highway towards Amman, and got
section 2 of 60 km ($160M - KSA fund). Did a JV with the French Bonna (CONSOLIS Group) to build pre-cast
elements for the tunnels of the Riyadh Metro & others. Signed the agreement in France in the Saudi French Forum of
2013. Signed a JV with Zublin Ground Engineering (Strabag Group) & bidding for FAST & BACS consortia for the
Riyadh Metro.
Most importantly we did an MOU with Soletanche-Bachy (Vinci group) to bid for Marine/piling works and for our 4th
BU.

Overlooking all operations, and in charge of Saudi Arabia in total. We did Kuwait International Airport Cargo City
with 89 aircraft parking, the Amiri terminal, awarded the 2 A-380 runways in JV with Al Mabani, Shuweikh
Desalination plant/RO & Marine works with Korean Doosan (30MGD), Sabah Al Ahmad 1739 housing parcels, Abu
Ftira 1584 residential parcels with full infrastructure construction, Shaddadiah 68 buildings for labors all for MOH. 6th
Ring Road interchange with 600m long precast post tensioning bridge, Hawally Police Main Plaza over 15, 000 sq. m,
& Kuwait University packages 4A & 4B with 7.2 km utilities 7.2x7.7m opening tunnels. We did most of US
Embassies/Consulates in Iraq (many projects) Surabaya Indonesia, Libreville Gabon, and Jeddah KSA, Ahmed Fahd
Al Sabah 28 stories Residential Tower. FKTC is major contractor with P# at KOC (Kuwait Oil Company), were we
did lot of projects.

by X-Ray. Same concept as HTCS. Client is Undisclosed (NDA).

Responsible of a working team made of 8 project managers, 50 engineers, and 2300 labors and technicians as described earlier. I was based in the Main Office in Riyadh. I was traveling on a weekly basis to visits our projects in Jeddah & Dammam. Also, I used to travel to U.A.E. & Kuwait, where we had other projects running.
Duties were to oversee and manage all assigned projects related activities, insuring timely projects delivery to clients’ expectations and within budget. This will implement a full follow up with different departments, from finance to procurement, planning & QS, QA & QC people, Safety.....
Periodically report projects related activities and progress to the company’s Senior VP who is also the COO.

Provide technical input during projects costing, planning, design and of course delivery.
