Manage and coordinate RTI P3 HR system (Project Personnel and Payroll System) for GILO Egypt Project to enter and modify Employees data.
Staffing and Hiring and Personnel Files:
Manage the selection, recruitment and appointment of staff and non-staff and provide support to staff selection panels;
Develop, manage personnel files and update Personnel Files in compliance with RTI and Local Labor Law;
Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements;
Manage personnel salary and benefits, including medical insurance, life and disability insurance, use of all types of leaves.
Work Permit and Resident Permit:
Manage application and renewal of Work Permit and Resident Permit for all non-Egyptian RTI Staff.
Lead and Plan for employee’s performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development;
Plan and direct for Training of employee: including senior managers, maintain contact with outside resources for training;
Maintain Procurement Standard Operating Procedures in compliance with corporate policies, contractual terms, USAID Regulations, Federal Acquisition Regulations and other requirements;
Carry out necessary steps for contract administration and payment to vendors and services suppliers;
Maintain records in the on-line Procurement Module RAMS and Maintain Procurement Files in accordance with applicable policies and procedures;
Maintain the web-based property accounting system, RTI Asset Management System, RAMS;
Conduct and report cycle, annual and as-required inventories;
Account for all property that is provided, purchased or acquired for project supported activities.

-Documentation and Filing System: Maintain hard and soft Filing System to manage in-coming and out-going correspondences with USAID, MOE.
-Supervision: Provide supervision and support to Senior Administration Specialist and Administration
-Office Maintenance and Security.
Act as Focal Point for communication and knowledge management in the Head Office including maintaining information channels with all staff and irregularly organize staff meetings as required;
Provide orientation to all staff on Administration and HR Procedures to ensure staff understand and effectively use the systems;
Help in preparing information briefs accordingly to be circulated within the teams;
Handle all the project-related official correspondence and documents as well as periodical reports on the project activities;
Assist COP and Executive Directors in the delivery of Technical Cooperation Activities including establishing and maintaining an efficient and updated data base system of all project related documents, contacts, media material; providing project information whenever necessary to the USAID;
Act as interpreter if required.

Responsible for all International Visits to Egypt;
